Bringing up the Dead

Friday, August 26th, 2005

This is why the animal rights movement can't gain repectability. You can't maintain that animals are more important than humans and expect people to take you seriously.

Good Christian Values?

Tuesday, August 23rd, 2005

Pat Robertson is calling for the assassination of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. How can a so-called disciple of Jesus advocate the use of violence to resolve a perceived political problem? How is his call for violence any different from the violence that radical Islamists engage in? It's men like this who give Christians a bad name and create such fear and mistrust in the Middle East.

Guarding Against Baby Terrorists

Monday, August 15th, 2005

Would someone please hand out a dose of common sense here? Who in their right mind would stop an 11-month-old baby from flying because his name is similar to one on the no-fly list? I certainly hope the people flying the planes have more brains than the ticket agents.

Who’s Brain-Dead Now?

Poor Alibi

Wednesday, August 10th, 2005

If nothing else this guy should be jailed for coming up with such a lame excuse. How can you be a driving instructor if you're afraid to ride in cars driven by others? Also, why didn't he grope all his students and not just the young women? He's guilty and he's getting off easy.

Spam Pays

This is great ... for Microsoft. But what do the rest of us get? More spam, that's what.

Not so Special Anymore

Monday, August 8th, 2005

Special effects are killing movies. I like special effects as much if not more than the next person, but I have to agree with this article. If George Lucas had paid more attention to the story, dialogue and acting, and less on making Jar-jar look real, the three prequels might have been a whole lot better.

Single No More!!!

Apple has finally produced a multi-button mouse. For years they have held firm that ease-of-use was dependent upon a one-button mouse. Now their tune has changed. The Mighty Mouse is here to save the day!
