It looks like Bay County officials have some explaining to do after a second autopsy found that a 14-year-old boy did not die of complications due to a blood disease. The boy died a day after he was beaten and kicked by guards at a boot camp. I think the Bay County medical examiner might want to find a good attorney right about now.
