Looks like the families of the mine-collapse victims will have some compelling evidence when they get to court. It also looks like another company will be joining ICG as a defendent in the case(s).

ABC's "Primetime Live" had footage of child abuse that occurred in 2002. Had they reported the incedent then, this girl would have been saved from further abuse. But ABC was more concerned with getting their story. Now the authorities can't do anything, and the victim will probably end up abusing her children since no one did anything to break the cycle of violence.

Here's a clear example of long-term planning vs. short-term planning. At the time Toyota set out to develop hybrid technology, U.S. auto-makers were cranking out larger and larger gas gussling SUV's. Now Toyota is about to surpass GM as the largest auto-maker in the world, while the big three are struggling to catch up. It's as though history is repeating itself.

Of course the Simpering Simian won't help California before something bad like a hundred-year's flood happens. It's always better to send help after hundreds or even thousands are left homeless by a disaster, than to avoid the disaster altogether. That way he can look presidential as he consoles the victims of his continuing incompetence.

When kids don't go to school, the schools loses money. So when the immigration protests were happening and kids were leaving school in protest, this principal decided to initiate a full lockdown that called for the students to relieve themselves in buckets in the classrooms instead of toilets.

Despite what he says, his croney's have already begun laying the ground work for strikes against Iran. Condi's been saying for some time now that Iran is a threat. Rummy's been doing the same. We've already seen where the Simpering Simian's form of diplomacy led to in Iraq. Look for the bombs to start falling in the fall right before the mid-term elections.
