It is hard to believe it has been five years since the terrorist attacks. As we remember the victims of that tragic day, I can't help but dwell on where the current administration has led us and how it has failed.

This whole HP spying scandal is unbelievable. There's no doubt that some heads are going to roll. Especially Dunn's. She should save everyone the hassle and just resign. They may have cought the leak source, but the ends don't justify the means.

Tony Blair has announced that he will be stepping down, though he was not very specific about when. It was something of a miracle that he was able to win re-election last year considering all the anti-war sentiment in the UK at the time. Part of that victory was probably due in part to the fact that Brits realized that if Blair could be such a staunch war hawk, the Conservatives would be even worst.

The Simpering Simian has admitted that there are secret CIA prisons where individuals have been detained for "questioning by experts". News flash! Many people already suspected that there were secret prisons where suspects recieved lots of special treatment. All he's done is confirm those suspicions.
