Oh, Canada!

This is just ridiculous. How can a minor offense committed over 20 years ago still be relevant? I can understand restrictions regarding felony convictions but misdemeanor possession in 1975? Maybe those folks should just spend that $500.00 a night in an American ski resort instead. I guess Canadian businesses are doing well enough that they can afford the loss of revenue from such "hardened" American criminals.
