Someone needs to learn to count. We were at the march in San Francisco, and while I don't think there were 40 thousand people there, I do think there were more than three thousand. After all, one would think that a march of three thousand would take a lot less than two hours to walk eight city blocks.

The racist column that was printed in AsianWeek, a free weekly that purports to be the "voice of the Asian American community" has raised quite a stir. The controversy raises two issues, racism in the media and the editorial judgment that allowed this column to be published.
