Caught Cheating Redux

Here's a law I fully support. When I did commute, it was the cheaters that frustrated me the most. I know that reporting the cheaters won't amount to much, but at least the cheaters will know that they're not getting away with it entirely.

You would think after the Imus thing that these boneheads would reconsider their shtick before taking this kind of stuff on the air again. You would be wrong. They went full-speed ahead with a racist prank that will probably cost them their jobs again.

Imus Fallout

Critical Pain in the Ass

The recent incident at last month's Critical Mass bike ride in San Francisco has stirred up new opposition to bike advocates. The incident itself will probably boil down to a he said/she said situation. I doubt the driver was totally blameless, but that doesn't justify terrorizing children the way the bicyclists did.

The Unfriendly Skies

We traveled to Michigan last week to visit family. Flying with a baby is very challenging. Besides worrying about keeping the baby comfortable, you also have to worry about all the things you have to take with you. Once you get on the plane you have to find somewhere to put everything, and there never seems to be enough room. This was especially true on our first flight out of Oakland.
