The Meet the Press host who became more and more just another conservative tool of misinformation, has died. I personally avoid all the Sunday morning news shows because so many of them have taken on the tone of Fox News, that it's like watching Conservative policy propaganda.

Russert especially seemed to have a particular beef with Hillary Clinton. Just look at some of the questions he asked her during the debate he "moderated" and how the questions were leading (or misleading) and phrased to make her look bad. Hillary didn't take the bait but the inferences of the questions were heard by the audience, so the damage was done.

On the other hand, he tended to throw softballs at Obama. SNL did a great skit about the Russert-hosted debate that wasn't too far from the truth. Check it out if you don't believe me.
